Gratitude Practice: Dedicate a few moments each day to reflect on the specific opportunities and solutions that have supported your growth, expressing gratitude for them.
Opportunity Journal: Keep a journal to note the opportunities you encounter, both anticipated and unexpected. Reflect on how these can help you pursue and create the life you love.
Mindful Awareness: Practice mindfulness to enhance your awareness. Being present in the moment can reveal new possibilities and insights that align with your intentions.
Well-Being Check: Regularly assess your physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Ensure you're nurturing all aspects of yourself on your growth journey.
How to use this Intention:
Write it in your Growth Journal 5 times each morning. (Imagine what it would mean in your life if you were living in alignment with it.)
Speak the intention to yourself in the mirror daily.
Mentally Rehearse the Image you have for the Intention during your Mindful Meditation.
Listen for and Act Upon all Inspiration throughout the Month, and beyond.
